really good stuff. it took a week or so to feel it but its made my knees and even my back so so much better and its only been 6 weeks. the pain cream is outstanding also.

amazing results in less than a month. if your knees and shoulders ache and bother you, try it, i am so glad i did. ive used many sups over the last 5 years but nothing has come close to mobility. ive used the same ingrediants but this stuff works. better ingrediants? has to be.
